My Story

My professional journey has been defined by consistent excellence in employment, such that I struggled to understand why many professionals fail to succeed at work.

As I grew into leadership, I saw my own team struggle, and it limited what we could achieve together.
Early on, this was frustrating but with time and maturity, came clarity and compassion.

I began to see the real issues: broken mindsets, limited exposure, uncertainty about potential, and confusion about how workplace systems truly work.

Many were not lacking talent, they lacked direction, confidence, and the right information.

Reflecting on my own journey one that led me to become among the top 1% most influential employee, the pattern became clear. My success was not accidental. It was built on specific attributes and intentional

My winning strategy:

  • Access to the right information
  • Strong confidence and self-belief
  • Deep passion for meaningful work
  • A genuine desire to make a difference
  • A solution-driven mindset
  • Commitment to organization and planning
  • Consistent hard work

These principles have become the pillars of everything I now teach.

Most times employers assume thier efforts and input at workplace should speak for them. Whereas, nothing automatically comes to you, you need to go for it. Of the many things learnt while working under you is to keep records. And utilise it appropriately. Thank you for sharing this great piece, it was insightful 😊

I agree with you Mary. 🌱 Growth begins within. It’s recognizing your worth even when others fail to see it. It’s not just fulfilling your responsibilities, but going above and beyond. It’s embracing constructive feedback with an open mind and making meaningful changes. And above all, it’s nurturing a genuine thirst for learning and pushing beyond the boundaries of what you already know.
